Privacy Policy

MarathonHelp collects only what we need to provide the service. We don't sell your data, track you across other websites, or use your information for advertising.
What we collect
- ·Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account. Used to send sign-in links and race alerts you opt into.
- ·Saved races — which races you save to your shortlist, stored against your account.
- ·Quiz answers — your marathon match quiz responses, used to show you personalised race matches.
- ·Pace band inputs — anonymised goal time and race selection, used to improve the tool.
What we don't collect
- ·Payment information (MarathonHelp is free during beta)
- ·Third-party tracking cookies or cross-site advertising identifiers
- ·Precise location data
Infrastructure
MarathonHelp is hosted on Vercel. Authentication and data storage use Supabase (EU region). Both are GDPR-compliant infrastructure providers.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. Under GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, or export your data.
