About this race

Tel Aviv's marathon runs along one of the Mediterranean's most vibrant coastlines. The near-flat course (55m elevation) follows the Tel Aviv beachfront from the Charles Clore Park in the north to the ancient port of Jaffa in the south, passing through the city's UNESCO-listed Bauhaus 'White City' district — the world's largest concentration of International Style architecture. The course also loops through Rothschild Boulevard (Tel Aviv's answer to Les Champs-Élysées) and the Carmel Market neighbourhood. February conditions are ideal — 12–18°C, low humidity. Tel Aviv's extraordinary energy — the Mediterranean lifestyle, the beach culture, the food scene, the technology sector — makes it one of the Middle East's most exciting marathon destinations.
